That looks great. I'm mostly familiar with the Rocketeer and the Shadow. I haven't followed Doc Savage much, but he seems cool.

I LOVE THIS. I am a real fan of al three of these characters. What an amazing retro-style Dave Stevens created - it is such a tribute to him that his 'retro' comic character can stand shoulder to shoulder with the pulp giants. Mike Kaluta's early SHADOW comics were some of my very favorites, and I read Doc paperbacks constantly for several years as a young teenager. Did you or the client make the decision to go with the pulp magazine 'version' of Doc, rather than the paperback/comics version? (I love both.)

(Would love to see you tackle Tom Strong, Adam Strange, Flash Gordon...)

Thanks! It was totally the client's choice to go with the Doc version with hair!
